To celebrate the release of her latest EP, Sugarhiii, BB Trickz hosted an exclusive release party in a secret parking lot in Barcelona, transformed into an immersive teenage bedroom-inspired space. Complete with pastel beds, glow-in-the-dark stars, candy, beer, and a rave-like atmosphere, the event perfectly captured the playful, nostalgic, and chaotic aesthetic that defines her new era. Barcelona’s creative community gathered alongside devoted fans, while Fonotrauma provided the soundtrack before BB Trickz made a cinematic entrance in a black convertible. The celebration later continued at Nitsa (Sala Apolo), where she closed the night with a live performance.
Sugarhiii marks another evolution in BB Trickz’s sound. Produced by Hudson Mohawke and Outlaw, the seven-track project moves beyond her drill roots into a more melodic mix of bedroom pop, club-rock, afro-house, and Spanish-infused pop, while maintaining the bold attitude and witty lyricism that made her stand out from the beginning. The EP follows a breakout international year that included her Coachella debut and performances at some of Europe’s biggest festivals, confirming her growing global presence without losing her unmistakable Spanish identity.
With Sugarhiii, BB Trickz continues to prove that she’s more than a musician—she’s building a complete cultural universe where music, fashion, internet aesthetics, and youth culture collide. The release party reflected exactly that: an immersive experience that blurred the lines between concert, fashion event, and art installation, making it one of Barcelona’s coolest cultural moments of the season.
