Gentle Monster has rolled out its 2026 eyewear collection, aptly named “Bouquet.” This launch, creatively led by FKA Twigs, marks a unique fusion of design and art, with a campaign film co-directed with Jordan Hemingway. The film isn’t just promotional but a creative expression where visuals, sound, and design elements converse seamlessly.
Drawing inspiration from plant stems, the “Bouquet” collection transforms these natural architectures into eyewear art. The frames, featuring looping lines and intricate contours, go beyond mere decoration to embody the core structure of the designs. One standout style involves intricate beadwork along the arms, adding visual dimension while maintaining overall balance. Across the collection, there’s a harmonious repetition of curves and interwoven elements that ties the aesthetic together.
The campaign film is a captivating visual journey set to unreleased music by FKA Twigs. It stages a narrative where a single bud’s unfolding is mirrored by rhythm and gesture, reflecting the collection’s design evolution. This thematic exploration extends into real-world experiences with immersive pop-up installations in six global cities. These installations encapsulate the collection’s essence through large, vivid floral sculptures and a central chrome statue, offering a visually enriching experience.
The “Bouquet” collection will be available starting January 16, 2026, with pieces accessible through Gentle Monster’s website and select stores. For more updates on culture and fashion releases, keep an eye on VZN.
