Carhartt WIP is diving into Spring Summer 2026 with a fresh take on its iconic workwear. This collection refines classics like Dearborn Canvas and denim, blending them seamlessly with renewed interpretations of prep and utility aesthetics. Drawing inspiration from outdoor gear and mid-century design, the lineup stays true to Carhartt WIP‘s core essence.
The collection brings back favorites like the OG Double Knee Pant, OG Active Jacket, and Detroit Jacket, all in a sleek palette featuring Hamilton Brown, black, alongside green, blue, and teal. The pieces have a gently worn vibe, thanks to subtly stone-washed canvases. Adding to these core styles are oversized lumberjack checks and hunting-inspired outerwear, including the Prescott Coat with its contemporary cut and practical, large pockets.
Inspired by vintage finds, Carhartt WIP introduces faded treatments across colored denim, twill, ripstop, and cotton waffle fabrics, giving them depth and character. A standout is the new bleached hickory stripe fabric, which appears on items like the Mercer Single Knee Pant and the Women’s Mercer Chore Coat.
Mid-century details shine through with 1950s-inspired pieces such as boxy collared shirts and cinch-back work pants in steely tones. The Belmar Jacket also features classic Type 2 denim elements but incorporates the brand’s signature pockets for a modern twist.
Nature-themed graphics, like a laser-printed camo snake motif, add controlled, interesting patterns across jackets, pants, and accessories, aligning perfectly with the collection’s tactile focus. As we move into summer, lighter fits and airy fabrics come into play with loose shirts and shorts in khaki and beige. The Postal Jacket and Postal Double Knee Short are perfect examples, marrying utility with comfort.
For the warmer months, there’s also an array of light poplin shirts, space-dye knits, and piqué fabrics that add variety without breaking the collection’s cohesive and functional vibe.
Available at select stores worldwide, Carhartt WIP locations, their website, and the Carhartt WIP App, this collection continues the brand’s tradition of merging utility with seasonal style. For more updates, stay tuned to VZN.
