Yuta Hosokawa and Cali Dewitt’s innovative brand, ©SAINT Mxxxxxx, has dropped an creative array of collaborations forming a dynamic capsule collection. Highlighting the art of creative partnerships, this release brings together both new and familiar names. It features a fresh collaboration with A LOVE MOVEMENT, while continuing partnerships with Ghost in the Shell, Kosuke Kawamura, and LASTMAN.
The collection’s offering with Ghost in the Shell brings their second clothing venture into the spotlight. Together, they transform the iconic motifs of the series into a unique, wearable art form. The highlight is a long-sleeved graphic t-shirt brought to life by Japan-based illustrator Ilya Kuvshinov under Hosokawa’s art direction. This piece stands out with a distinct artistic touch, featuring fading and sun-damaged effects for that perfectly vintage vibe.
Kosuke Kawamura jumps in with another striking long-sleeve graphic. True to form, it’s designed to look like a wardrobe staple that’s been lived in. Emblazoned with “NOTHING IMPORTANT” in standout blue letters, its worn appearance completes the look across the front, back, and sleeves.
Adding to the mix, A LOVE MOVEMENT repurposes a knit jersey into a stylish cobranded zip-up, decorated with embroidered patches from both collaborators running through the design. LASTMAN, not to be left behind, offers flannel shirts and patchwork pants inspired by founder Atsushi Okubo’s love for vintage finds.
