Pas Normal Studios and Salomon team up once more for a fourth collaboration, focusing on versatile activewear that encapsulates the adventurous spirit of both brands. Combining the Danish cycling apparel expertise with Salomon’s reputation for outdoor gear, this collaboration merges functionality and minimalism for adventures both on and off the bike.
The collection features two standout pieces. The first is the DRX DEFY GRVL shoe, designed to transition smoothly between asphalt and gravel. This lightweight trainer includes energyFOAM for superior cushioning and rebound, ensuring comfort with every step. Its sole boasts Gravel Grip technology with a tread inspired by gravel tires, providing dependable traction on various surfaces, from city streets to rugged trails.
The second piece is the PNS x Salomon Active Skin 12 hydration vest, designed to keep users hydrated and comfortable during their activities. This vest is equipped with ample chest pockets that can hold two 500mL flasks and straws. It’s made from soft, breathable fabrics and is compatible with a 1.5-liter bladder. The design is completed with co-branded Pas Normal Studios and Salomon logos, as well as the ‘Road To Nowhere’ logo on the back, enhancing its visual appeal.
Karl-Oskar Olsen, the creative director and co-founder of Pas Normal Studios, commented on the project: “In this fourth collaboration, we had the chance to develop an entirely new shoe model specifically for gravel running, as well as a new 12-liter hydration vest. Both are offered in colors that are part of Pas Normal Studios’ DNA. Collaborating with Salomon has been inspiring, allowing us to integrate our shared passion for movement and innovation into these products. We’ve created pieces that optimize performance and enable wearers to explore themselves, the city, and the paths around them.”
The collaboration coincides with the launch of Pas Normal Studios’ FW24 Balance line, aimed at off-bike training. The limited-edition collection will be available online starting October 9, adding a fresh burst of innovative activewear to your training gear.
