LEGO is expanding its creative partnership with renowned artist Pharrell Williams by hosting a unique interactive event in Los Angeles. This event celebrates the launch of Williams’ “Over the Moon” set, which first debuted last month and marks his initial collaboration with LEGO. The set features an imaginative spaceship made from 966 pieces, highlighted by pastel jet streams that make the design visually stunning.
Pharrell Williams and LEGO are teaming up to bring a special experience to Los Angeles residents ahead of the upcoming LEGO-themed documentary “Piece By Piece.” The event is rooted in the idea of the “power of play” and aims to encourage both kids and adults to indulge in the joy of brick-building. Whether through music, games, or hands-on activities, attendees will have an opportunity to explore the LEGO universe in an engaging and fulfilling manner.
The collaborative event will take place on Sunset Boulevard, transforming the location on October 5. With a variety of buildable rocket sets available, participants can create their own space-themed LEGO projects. In addition to the building activities, visitors can also personalize branded t-shirts to take home as mementos of the day’s experience.
For those looking to join in on the fun, LEGO’s Play Experience will be held at 6400 Sunset Blvd in Los Angeles on October 5. Entry is free, and tickets can be reserved through LEGO. This is a chance to immerse oneself in creativity, innovation, and the universal enjoyment of play.
