Pro skater Hayley Wilson has garnered numerous accolades over her career, including multiple Australian national championships. The 2024 Slam Skater of the Year is now teaming up with Nike for her very first collaboration, resulting in a unique take on the Nike SB Dunk Low.
The upcoming Hayley Wilson x Nike SB Dunk Low stands out with its intricate design elements. The shoe features Court Purple suede overlays complemented by black suede on the quarter panels and ankle collar. The toe box consists of perforated white leather, adding a breathable yet stylish flair. A particularly striking detail is the double-layered Swoosh, which combines black leather and white embroidery trim. Accents of Lagoon Pulse blue appear on the suede heel tabs, translucent outsoles, and custom-branded tongue tags.
Tattoo enthusiasts will appreciate the various graphics found on the insoles and outsoles. These include illustrations of a scorpion, a spider, and theater masks, all inspired by Hayley’s own tattoos. According to a recent update, Wilson confirmed on Instagram that these designs are credited to Australian artist Lochy.
An interesting addition discovered through early leaks is barbed wire-inspired embroidery on the heels. This is accompanied by Nike branding in an Old English font and the phrase “You Reckon” hidden on the inner tongue tags, also in Old English.
The official reveal by Hayley Wilson has only heightened excitement for this release. Don’t forget to check out more photos from her Instagram teaser below.
Keep an eye out for the Hayley Wilson x Nike SB Dunk Low, which is expected to drop in Summer 2025. They will be available on SNKRS and select skate shops, priced at $135 USD.
